Search Preferences (6)
Select the group name from the drop-down menu of Watchlist Groups and select “View Details”.
We provide three categories to add a Flag – 1) High Risk 2) False Positive 3) Cleared. Based on these you can add a flag for the record you made a search for. And if you search again with the same name. The flag feature will highlight that record and notify you that you have already reviewed this record.
The “Match All Name parts” feature works with Exact + Must Match search criteria. This results in hits that have all the name parts (words) in the name screened. For example, if you have searched for Justin Trudeau with the Match all Name Parts feature turned on, it will give results only on records which have both the words “Justin” and “Trudeau” in them.
This option is available in the “Manage Watchlist Groups” module in “Manage Search Preferences”. In order to edit or delete a custom watchlist group, you will need to select the group from the Watchlists Group dropdown and then choose Edit or Delete. Edit allows users to add/remove watchlists by selecting or deselecting them from the list below whereas the Delete option will permanently delete the group. Please note that you cannot edit or delete the pre-defined watchlist groups. You can edit or delete a user defined/custom watchlist group.
On the KYC2020 Single Sign On Portal select Screening Service. Select Manage Preferences in the left menu, then select the “Manage Watchlist Groups Tab” and choose “Add” on the drop down menu. Now you will need to give a name to the Watchlist group, and select the watchlists you want to include in the group. When you are ready, choose “Save” to create a Custom Watchlist group. If you want to add or remove a watchlist from the existing group, choose the Edit option instead of the Add option and select/deselect the watchlists based on your requirements and save.
