If Auto Clear Decisions is on once the batch is completed it shows you the reviewer status default with Cleared as Low Risk upon selecting on decision like Fail, Pass and Verify.
In the reason column users can mention custom reasons, it will be reflected in the downloaded CSV file under the DECISION column.
