What does status Paused means in Ongoing Monitoring?

Here is a brief explanation of the various Status in Ongoing Monitoring.

ON – Ongoing monitoring for the customer under consideration is active.
OFF – Ongoing monitoring for the customer under consideration is not active.
PAUSED – Ongoing monitoring for the customer under consideration is paused. temporarily and will resume once the review of the Decision is completed.
