Can I see which common words are in your exclusion list?

Yes, on the KYC2020 Single Sign On Portal select Screening Service. Select Manage Preferences in the left menu, then select the Search Preferences tab as shown below. Select “All” for the Select Exclusion List field and you will see an option to “Add Exclusion List.” Choose this option to see all the system level default exclusion words for the three Search fields (Name, Address, and Identification). Here you can add words you would like to exclude while searching.
